Can I use a Japanese Health Insurance Card?
Yes, we accept the Japanese Health Insurance Card. Please be aware that some urine and blood tests may not be covered by insurance. We recommend discussing this with your physician during your visit.
Are urologists available at your clinic?
We have an internal medicine/general physician with extensive experience in urological examinations; however, we do not have a board-certified urologist on staff. Our physician can assist with conditions such as cystitis, urinary issues, skin symptoms, and sexually transmitted disease testing. If you require further assessment for conditions diagnosed elsewhere, we may suggest referring you to another hospital.
What if I don’t have a Japanese Health Insurance Card? How much will the consultation cost?
The consultation fee is approximately ¥15,000 for children under 6 years old and around ¥8,000 for those aged 6 and above. Additional charges may apply for tests and medications based on the consultation.
Is payment only accepted in cash?
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, PASMO, and PayPay, for both insurance-covered and out-of-pocket services.
Do I need to make an appointment in advance?
We welcome walk-in patients without an appointment. However, those with appointments will receive priority, and walk-in patients may experience some wait time. We ensure that patients checking in during reception hours will receive care.
