・接種開始：10月1日（土）〜 （注射型ワクチンのみ先行接種）　

・接種対応：平日＆土曜日のみ　　

　平日　　：午前8時〜9時／午後14時〜15時

　土曜　　：午前9時〜12時

・費用　　：13歳未満：3,500円／13歳以上：4,500円
